How to login to the store for the first time
Follow these simple step-by-step instructions
Step 1: Set up your account
Username: Please search your inbox for an email titled "Accessing the Sustainable Salons Hub App - Your Membership Portal"
Password: you'll be asked to set a new password during your first login
* If the link is expired, visit The Hub, select “Forgot your password?”, enter your username and follow the prompts
Step 2: Download the app
Search "Sustainable Salons Hub" in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, or download from one of the links below:
You can then log in to the app with the username and password you set up in Step 1.
Enjoy exploring the App functions and accessing the Rewards Store.
Step 3: Log in via your browser
Alternatively, you can also log in to the store via your browser here using the same username and password that you set up in Step 1.
